The MiniMi music club, in partnership with the Transylvanian Museum of Ethnography, a public cultural institution that operates under the authority of the Cluj County Council, invites you to the Autumn Concert on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 5 p.m.
The event will take place at the headquarters of the Transylvanian Museum, 21, Memorandum street.
The concert brings to the public pianists aged 6-12, who will delight with a classical music repertoire. Famous pieces from the creation of composers Sergei Rachmaninoff, Muzio Clementi, Ludvin van Beethoven, Joseph Haydn, Johannes Brahms, Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, but also fragments from children film music will be part of the Saturday repertoire.
At the opening of the concert, the MiniMi Choir will present a mini-recital, with piano accompaniment by composer Lucian Dușa, under the guidance of piano teacher Cătălina Prichici.

The MiniMi choir gave recitals at events such as those organized by the Cantus Munci National Program, the Maltex Help Service and the Radio Cluj 65 anniversary show, produced by Mrs. Daniela Mureșan Chișbora.
Teacher Cătălina Prichici graduated from the faculty and master’s degree at the Bucharest National University of Music (class of 2010), in the Composition, Musicology and Music Pedagogy section, under the guidance of Assoc. prof. Rodica Nicolaescu and Prof. Dan Dediu. From 2008 to 2016, he devoted himself entirely to pedagogic activity in Bucharest, participating in musical events and obtaining numerous prizes with his students at National and International Piano Competitions. In 2016, he moved his activity to Cluj-Napoca and established the MiniMi Music Club where he is a piano teacher, conductor of the Choir and general-manager of the MiniMi Music Club. During the 6 years of activity in Cluj-Napoca, the students of the MiniMi Music Club have won prizes in many piano competitions, such as the “Friends of Music” Piano Competition in Cluj-Napoca, the “J.S.Bach” Piano Competition Cluj-Napoca, the National Competition of Romanian Music Interpretation in Bistrița, the “Irina Sațchi” International Piano Competition in Râmnicu Vâlcea, the National Competition “Gone with the Sound” Cluj-Napoca, the National Competition of Piano Interpretation “Pianists of Romania”, and the National Interpretation Competition “Meeting with passion” Bucharest.
