The Transylvanian Museum of Ethnography, public cultural institution functioning under the authority of the Cluj County Council, in partnership with Cluj Folk Craftsmen’s Association, invite you to the new folk craftsmen’s event entitled “Past and present craftsmen and crafts”, which will take place during July 16-18 2021, in the “Romulus Vuia” Ethnographic Park (Tăietura Turcului street).
The Craftsmen's Association, together with the Ethnographic Museum, will exhibit and offer for sale traditional products handmade by folk craftsmen. Thus, you will be able to admire and purchase objects made of leather and fur, wood, metal and ceramics, porcelain, textile fibers, beads, felted wool, etc.
We will also have food offered by local producers. You will be able to watch craft demonstrations at some of the stands within the event.

In order to have access to this event, it’s necessary to pay the entrance ticket which also ensures you the visit of the Ethnographic Park (6 lei for adults, 3 lei for pensioners and students, 1.5 lei for pupils and preschoolers).
Access is allowed between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., last entry at 5 p.m.
Given the situation generated by COVID-19 and the limitations imposed to combat the pandemic, we would kindly ask you to wear a mask in crowded spaces, to maintain physical distancing and to use disinfectants provided to you both during the event and at various points of the Ethnographic Park.
