The Transylvanian Museum of Ethnography is a public cultural institution that functions under the authority of the Cluj County Council, in partnership with the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the Romanian Academy Cluj-Napoca Branch and the Romanian Academy of Scientists – the Cluj Transylvania Leaders Branch, invite you on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, between 6-8 p.m., to Gala 220. Medicine, Art, Culture.
The program will include lectures on the topic: The cycle “Great personalities of the Cluj medical school. Roman Vlaicu”, supported by Prof. dr. Anca Dana Buzoianu - rector of UMF “Iuliu Hațieganu” m.c. ASM, prof. em. dr. Marius Traian Bojiță – president of the “Transylvania Leaders” Foundation, prof. em. dr. Petru-Adrian Mircea – m.o. ASM. The event participants will also be able to take part in the book launch: “Roman Vlaicu - the accomplished man, doctor, teacher”, volume presented by Vasile George Dâncu - director of the “Transylvanian School” publishing house and Prof. dr. Angelo Bulboacă - coordinator and co-author. Event moderator: Prof. dr. Nicolae Hâncu (h.m.of the Romanian Academy).
The event will take place in the Reduta Hall of the Transylvanian Museum of Ethnography (21, Memorandum street).
